We are available 24 hours a day weekly and On-call for weekends. Our office hours are from 8am till 5pm. Emergency Service available after hours

24 Hour Mobile Support
The Southwest team is available Valley Wide in Arizona 24 hours a day. If your pc chose the wrong time to crash we can assist and get you up and running quickly. Loaner PC’s also available for those bigger problems.
ON-Site PC Repair Rates
Southwest rates and service are rated best.
Southwest charges by the service or by the hour starting at $95 min 1 hour service call.
After the first hour, each service hour is $50 per hour. (Hour 2-10)
Emergency Service and weekend rates are billed at time + ½.
No charges for travel time unless your location is over 40 miles from our Office.
Trip charges for locations further than 40 miles away is $25
